Introducing the New Luxpitality: A Mission-Driven Hotel Brand

For years, Luxpitality has booked corporate groups, meetings and incentive trips for our hotel members that added incremental business from younger, new-age, disruptive companies in very progressive industries. It’s been a major point of pride to share our collection of the most unique independent and boutique hotels on the face of the Earth. 

On the other side of the fence, we’ve partnered with these very same hotels to help extend their reach and culture to new audiences. In that light, each group booked, from incentive trips to board meetings, becomes bigger than just a room. It becomes an experience at a hotel that exudes a culture and character to match their own. 

As the world shut down due to COVID-19, and group travel took a major hit, we found ourselves at a very important crossroads in this company’s 5 year history. What did our future look like if our biggest pillar of success was suddenly removed? 

It quickly became apparent that group travel will take some time to return to full strength. So, our team decided to head back to the lab and cook up some new hotness. Along the way our motto became: “Let’s make lemonade.” 

Today, we are beyond excited to debut the launch of the new Luxpitality, a mission-driven brand of independent lifestyle hotels and unique retreats (read: lemonade). We’ve partnered with MyClimate an organization based in Switzerland to offset the carbon footprint of each and every guest that books through our brand by funding two amazing projects.

We firmly believe that this new vision of our company will help us serve our customers better, whether you’re a hotel member, a group, or individual traveler. Below, I’m going to dig into all the details around the new Luxpitality. But, first, I wanted to make this loud and clear for all to read:

Exploring the New Site

Right off the bat, you’ll notice our entire site has been given a redesign. We felt our old site aesthetic was getting a bit stale, and we won’t stand for that. 

What we will stand for is good design. It’s always been at the heart of everything we do, and it’s a characteristic we actively seek out in our hotel partners. It’s also something our discerning travelers prioritize as they design (pun intended) their dream trips and business retreats at our hotels. 

It was crucial that our site mirror this passion in every facet. Top to bottom, we worked hard to ensure the new look is perfectly in-line with our core values: creativity, efficiency, honesty, and sustainability. 

Along with the fresh redesign, we’ve built in some massive new upgrades to better serve the needs of both our hotels and travelers. Most notably is our brand-spanking-new, kickass, and sleek booking engine. 

Whether you’re booking group hotels or individual travel, you can drop in dates and a destination to see which of our hotels are ready to rock. It’s the first thing that greets anyone who lands on the new homepage.

It’s imperative that all these beautiful destinations remain that way: beautiful. To ensure they do, we’ve partnered with the nonprofit myclimate. They work on projects with companies around the world, like Luxpitality, to reduce emissions, replace fossil fuel sources with renewable energies, and implement energy-efficient technologies. 

The context of our specific partnership with MyClimate is built around offsetting your carbon footprint. Every trip booked with Luxpitality will help fund myclimate’s projects that preserve the overall health and natural beauty of our world.

Booking unforgettable experiences for individual and group travelers is one of our favorite things, but it’s only half of what we do. The other half of our mission is focused on our hotel partners, like:
